Cancellation policy:
Booger Brown Performance Horses reserves the right to cancel a cattle drive due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. If the cattle drive is cancelled, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another date.

Refund Policy:
Cancellation greater than 60 days before cattle drive start date: 50% refund
Cancellation 60-30 days before cattle drive start date: 25% refund
Cancellation fewer than 30 days before cattle drive start date: no refund

Must be confident riding your horse in a group setting.
Must bring a photocopy of your horse’s current negative Coggins test. This copy will be retained by Booger Brown Performance Horses permanently.

Under Alabama law, an equine activity sponsor or equine professional is not liable for an injury to or the death of a participant in equine activities resulting from the inherent risks of equine activities pursuant to the Equine Activities Liability Act.
